As a Product Development Engineer, my role is to transform a simple sketch into reality. My responsibilities span the entire process, from the initial design phase to the final quality inspection prior to mass production. This ensures that every product is safe, fully functional, and strictly compliant with global Toyota standards.
This role requires effective communication to drive projects forward in collaboration with various departments. Furthermore, we place a strong emphasis on 'on-site management’ working closely with our suppliers on the ground to monitor progress and promptly resolve any immediate issues.
Ultimately, an engineer serves as the central hub, maintaining a crucial balance between three core elements: design, production tooling, and quality control. This synergy allows us to deliver flawless products and instill complete confidence in our end users.

My future goal is to further hone my technical skills as a development engineer and become a valuable contributor to TCD ASIA's expansion into new global markets. I hope to further evolve the "high-quality, reliable product manufacturing" philosophy I have cultivated to date and build value as a new brand.
