I joined TCD ASIA to grow professionally.
When choosing a workplace, I wanted a place where I could keep learning and growing while making good use of my skills. I also value teamwork and a friendly, open culture, which is why TCD ASIA felt like the right choice. Working in a diverse environment with both Thai and Japanese colleagues has given me new perspectives and helped me grow professionally.

Professional Support for Employee Operations.
Since joining the company, I have held a variety of responsibilities as a Human Resources Officer, including recruitment, payroll calculation, labor law compliance, employee benefits management, and employee relations. My responsibilities range from documentation to interdepartmental coordination. However, I feel that gaining a strong foundation in HR through hands-on experience has made me highly adaptable to any situation.
While managing both precision-intensive tasks like payroll calculation and team-oriented activities like event planning wasn't easy, I acquired a diverse range of skills. These skills, including accurate administrative processing, coordination, and communication, have contributed to my growth as an HR professional.
I understand the importance of creating an open atmosphere where employees feel comfortable discussing their concerns. relationships where ideas can be freely exchanged are fundamental to a comfortable workplace. Even the quietest voices are heard and, if necessary, incorporated into our systems for improvement. My role is to create an environment where everyone feels happy to work here.

What I like most about this company is the warm and friendly atmosphere. People from various departments cooperate and communicate openly. I also appreciate how management sincerely listens to employees' opinions and supports their ideas.
I have previous experience planning and developing personnel systems to create a more comfortable and collaborative environment for employees, and I feel this is an environment that encourages new challenges.
Going forward, my
goal is to further deepen my HR expertise and become a person who can support the organization strategically. There is still much that GA & HR can do, such as creating systems that support long-term growth and supporting employee
careers. I hope to continue learning as a person who supports the future of TCD ASIA.
