I was attracted to TCD ASIA for its strong combination of Toyota Group's global perspective and deep understanding of the local market. After joining as a product planning, my role has been to interpret market trends and customer needs, define the product direction, and coordinate with related departments to develop products that best fit each market. This strategic role requires balancing both business and manufacturing perspectives while envisioning future products.

Product planning is based on data-driven decision-making, honest information sharing, and cross-departmental teamwork. The quality of a project depends on accurately interpreting diverse information, carefully aligning intentions with stakeholders, and moving the plan forward.

TCD ASIA's atmosphere is very positive and collaborative. Team members support each other, and communication between departments is smooth. Everyone works toward the same goal with respect and professionalism, which creates a highly motivated and comfortable work environment.

Cross-Departmental Coordination Skills.

Through cross-departmental collaboration, including working with TMA, I developed strong coordination, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills. By aligning different priorities through data-driven discussions, I contributed to steady project progress. One memorable experience was model planning for a new vehicle concept for the GCC market, where I was involved from market research to presentations and saw my ideas reflected in actual product development.

As a product planning, I want to contribute to improving market competitiveness.

As a Product Planning, our target is to enhance our market competitiveness to the next level. My ultimate goal is to sharpen Toyota’s competitive edge in the Middle East market by prioritizing deep consumer insights, integrating data-driven strategies into our planning processes, and fostering robust partnerships with local distributors. Long-term, I aspire to become a driving force in product planning across both the ASEAN and Middle East regions.

To achieve these objectives, I prioritize a healthy balance between professional excellence and continuous learning. My leisure activities, such as running, help strengthen both my physical health and mental focus. Simultaneously, I stay ahead of the curve by following business articles and automotive trends to better understand evolving consumer behaviors—all of which directly fuel my creativity in product planning. I am fully delivering high-quality work during office hours while utilizing my personal time for rest and self-development, believing that a sustainable work-life balance is the foundation of high-performance results.
