Training System and Growth Steps
After joining the company, we combine practical training and support to gradually acquire the necessary skills based on their role and experience.
Basic Training
- Understanding the company, culture, and policies

- Workshops and seminars on topics such as stress and time management
Specialized Training
- Understanding product knowledge and manufacturing processes required for each job position
- Skills on tools and software used in each job position
- Leadership development such as team management and strategic decision-making
OJT and Mentoring System
We emphasize a hands-on learning style where employees participate in actual work and are supported by senior employees and supervisors.
- On-the-job training (3-6 months): Hone skills and deepen understanding through hands-on work
- Mentoring program (3-6 months and up): Provide support with questions and concerns
